Pakistan Affairs·Chapter 13 of 57
Ideology and the freedom movement · 1 hr 55 min read

The two-nation theory and the ideology of Pakistan

1. The argument this chapter defends

Most answers define the ideology of Pakistan as the two-nation theory, prove the theory by listing the ways Hindus and Muslims differ, and then call 1971 a conspiracy. That earns a pass and little more.

The second is that the two-nation theory itself makes three separate claims, and they do not stand or fall together.

The words "autonomous and sovereign" matter later in this chapter.

autonomy

The power to act on your own without being controlled. A province with autonomy decides its own affairs while staying part of the state.

Provincial autonomy is the demand that provinces decide their own subjects without asking the centre.

ARight to Health
BRight to Vote
CRight to Education
DNone of these

The right to education for children aged five to sixteen.

You can open a chapter knowing nothing about the topic. It explains the words, the places and the story first. Then it teaches the subject in depth. Then it shows how the exam asks about it. That is why you need no other book.

MCQs

19,331 MCQs, every answer explained

An MCQ is a multiple-choice question. It has four options and one right answer, and an explanation appears after you answer.

  • 801 real FPSC past-paper MCQs
  • 220 from FPSC's own sample paper for the screening test
  • 18,310 written for the plan, and always labelled as ours

A question we wrote is never shown as a past paper. Where we could not confirm an answer against an official source, the app says so beside it.

Past paper 2024

Article 25(A) of Pakistan's Constitution deals with:

  • ARight to Health
  • BRight to Vote
  • CRight to Education
  • DNone of these

The answer is C. The right to education for children aged five to sixteen. It was inserted by the 18th Amendment.

Practice questionWritten for the plan, not from a past paper.

The next term in the series 3, 6, 11, 18, 27, ... is:

  • A38
  • B45
  • C40
  • D36

The answer is A. The differences are 3, 5, 7, 9. The next difference is 11, so the next term is 27 + 11 = 38. The terms are n² + 2.

Questions

What students ask first.

Not here? Message us on WhatsApp and ask.

Is it online or in person?

It is online only. There is no classroom and no building to visit. You read, practise and write from your phone or laptop, wherever you are.

Will Sir Waseem Khan teach me himself?

Not in a classroom, and there are no video lectures. He wrote the course, and you learn from his chapters at your own pace. Your essays are marked to the standard he marks to. Every Saturday, everyone on the plan can ask him questions live on Google Meet. To ask something before you join, message us on WhatsApp.

Are these notes or full chapters?

Full textbook chapters. Every item on the FPSC syllabus has a chapter of its own. Each explains the words and the story first, then teaches the topic in depth, then shows how the exam asks about it. You need no other book.

Are the chapters video lectures?

No. Every chapter is text that you read. The time beside a chapter, such as 1 hr 30 min read, is how long it takes to read. It is not the length of a video.

How does a day of study go?

Read a chapter. Answer its MCQs and see each answer explained. Sit a timed paper when you feel ready. Write essays on paper, photograph them and upload them for marking. The site remembers where you stopped, on every device.

Which subjects are ready now?

Ready now: Current Affairs, English (Précis & Composition), English Essay, Gender Studies, General Science & Ability, Islamic Studies, Pakistan Affairs, Political Science, Town Planning and Urban Management, MPT. Coming, for the same price: the other optional subjects (added one by one, all by 14 October 2026).

I failed the essay or the précis last time. Where do I start?

Start with the paper that failed you. The Essay subject begins with what an essay is and builds the paper one part at a time, up to a full timed paper. The English (Précis and Composition) chapters follow the paper question by question. Write as you read, and send your essays to be checked, because the essay is learned by practice.

Can I try it before I pay?

Yes. Read one whole chapter free, with no account, and sit a free timed test. A new account also gets one essay check free.

Should I pick the month or six months?

Both give you everything. The month lets you pay as you go and includes 2 essay checks. Six months is paid once, saves Rs 2,000 and includes 12 essay checks.

Can I buy one or two subjects, or pay in instalments?

There is one plan, and it covers every subject, the compulsory papers and the optionals alike. The month is the instalment. Pay for a month, and pay again only if you want the next one.

Are essay checks charged separately?

No. A month includes 2 essay checks and six months 12 essay checks. If you write more than that, an extra check is Rs 450.

Can I pay for longer than six months, up to my exam?

Yes. Message us on WhatsApp with the exam you are preparing for and we will quote it.

How do I pay, and when does it open?

Pay by JazzCash, Easypaisa or bank transfer, then send the screenshot on WhatsApp with the email you sign in with. We open your subjects by hand, usually within a few hours.

Read one whole chapter before you decide.

It is free, and you do not need an account.
