Copyright and Terms of Use
Every chapter, MCQ, mock paper, model answer, diagram and course note on CSS with Sir Waseem was written for this platform. It took hundreds of hours of expert work. It is protected by copyright. This page says what you may do with it and what you may not.
Who owns it
© 2026 Waseem Khan, CSS with Sir Waseem (ustaad.wazeem.com). All rights reserved. This covers the text, the tables, the diagrams, the questions and their explanations, and the way the material is arranged. Buying a plan gives you a licence to read it. It does not give you the material itself.
What you may do
- Read everything your plan includes, on your own devices.
- Print a page or save it for your own study.
- Copy a sentence or two into your own notes.
- Quote a short passage in a review or a discussion, with the source named.
What you may not do
- Share your account, or your sign-in code, with anyone else.
- Copy, photograph or screenshot chapters, MCQs or papers to send to others. This includes WhatsApp groups, Telegram channels and Facebook pages.
- Sell, rent or give away any part of the material, printed or digital.
- Publish it as your own notes, book, course, video or academy handout.
- Use software to download the material in bulk.
Every copy carries your name
Each copy of the material is issued to one account. Your name and email are printed under every chapter and on every printed page. Text copied from a chapter carries them too. A chapter found in a group or on sale can be traced to the account it came from. We also watch for accounts that open chapters far faster than a person can read.
What happens if you break these terms
- Your account is closed without notice. You lose access to everything, and no fee is refunded.
- We may ask a court for an order to stop you, and for damages, under the civil remedies of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962.
- Knowingly copying or publishing someone else's copyright work is a criminal offence under section 66 of the Copyright Ordinance, 1962. The punishment can be up to three years in prison, a fine of up to one hundred thousand rupees, or both.
- Copying or sending data dishonestly and without permission is also an offence under section 4 of the Prevention of Electronic Crimes Act, 2016 (PECA). The punishment can be up to six months in prison, a fine of up to one hundred thousand rupees, or both. We may report it to the FIA.
